Terms of Service

J & J Funeral Services provides funeral, cremation, burial, pre-planning, repatriation, and related memorial services in Jamaica. The specific services, fees, and arrangements applicable to you will be set out in a separate written agreement or statement of services.

Pricing shown on this website is indicative. A formal, itemised quotation will be provided before any service is confirmed. Third-party disbursements (such as government fees, cemetery or crematorium charges, and floral or transport costs) may apply in addition to our fees.

Arrangements are confirmed once agreed in writing and any required deposit is received. Payment terms will be stated in your statement of services. Pre-paid plans are subject to the separate terms of that plan.

Where we publish a tribute, obituary, condolence, or other content you submit, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us permission to display it. We may remove any content that is unlawful, offensive, or submitted without authority.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false information through our forms. Website content is owned by J & J Funeral Services or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.
